AppLess Pages

This section will explore how to create and adjust AppLess pages, how they appear and the widgets they contain.

What is an AppLess Page?

AppLess pages are the building blocks of your mobile solution and hold a variety of widgets that can be used to link off to products, categories, other pages or external URLs.

AppLess pages are highly customizable and hence can be used to link to key information and promotions in a clear and visually appealing way that best suits you.

Assigning Preferences

When creating and editing an AppLess page, there are 3 key drop down boxes at the top of the page where you can assign other AppLess components to the page.

These are Outlets, Navigation Menus and Themes. Any outlets, navigation menus and themes that have been made for your mobile solution will appear in these drop downs and can be assigned to the page here.

Hero Images & Carousels

Hero images and carousels are the largest widgets that can be applied to an AppLess page.

Hero Images are short, full width images that have linking capabilities. Hero images are great for large individual promotions you wish to share or as engaging page titles. You will need to add an image and a destination link when creating Hero Image widgets.

Carousels appear very similarly to Hero Image widgets however can contain multiple images and act as a slideshow. Each of the images held within a Carousel widget can have their own link, similar to a Hero Image, the only difference being Carousels get a button overlayed onto the image.

Banners & Buttons

Action Buttons & Banners

Action Buttons and Action Banners are the best widgets to use in bulk when wanting to add lots of links off to other areas of content.

Action Banners appear individually and are full width widgets. Action Banners can have images assigned to them to help make them more engaging and are used to link off to other pages, products or categories.

Action Buttons act the same as Action Banners, however, you can assign up to 3 individual buttons per Action Button widget. These buttons sit next to each other and adjust with responsive mode in a way that Action Banners do not.
