Offline Client Reports

This section will explain what offline clients are, what causes devices to go offline and how to access these reports.

What is an Offline Client?

A 'client' refers to an individual in-room tablet that is configured to your company in the Crave CMS. An offline client refers to any device that has lost connection to our central network.

Clients can appear as offline in the system when they run out of battery and turn off, or when they lose their connection to WIFI.

When clients have been offline for several hours, it is worth checking what has caused this to ensure there are no issues with the device.

Reports via the CMS

In the Crave CMS, you can navigate to Tablets -> Clients to view a list of all devices that have been loaded onto your company profile.

Devices appearing in Green are online and devices appearing in Red are offline.

It is worth noting that any device that has ever been registered to the company will appear on this list.  To download a report from this page, press on Print View and save the report either as a spreadsheet or PDF. To avoid confusion, only focus on devices that have gone offline in the past 7 days.

Reports via the NOC

Offline client reports can also be accessed via the 'NOC'. You can log into the NOC using your CMS login credentials.

Once logged in you can scroll down to see a button titled Download Offline Tablets Report. Once pressed an offline clients spreadsheet will download for you to review.
