Quicksights is our new database for you to explore both transactional and usage data for your Crave solutions.
These new boards allow you to better understand your guests' trends in-room and gain insight into what items they interact with most and what is most commonly viewed, ordered and requested across your content offerings.
To access Quicksight Analytics you will need to reach out to our support team who will be able to create a log in for you.
When logging in for the first time you will be presented with a single folder called 'Usage & Transactional Master'. Click this to access the data dashboards.
Once inside the dashboard you will need to locate the 'Company' dropdown at the top of the page and select your property. This will then begin populating information.
You will notice some tabs at the top of the page which are handy for splitting out specific information.
You will automatically begin your data journey on the Summary tab which shows the most relevant information all together. However other tabs are available at the top to specifically view Transactional or Usage data. Some other tabs such as Room Control Usage may also be visible if applicable to your property set up.
The controls at the top of the screen allow you to filter down the information further, enabling you to set date ranges and hide unnecessary data. These filters include showing individual Deliverypoint Group data, specific categories and the amount of information shown.
Occupancy Level is an important field to take into account here as this will affect the data shown. It is best to use an average for the time period set.
Once your filters have been set, the data tables and graphs will automatically begin to update as needed to match your filters.
Scrolling down the page you will see a variety of different graphs, tables and figures that will give you greater insight into your guests' behaviour when interacting with your solution.
Each piece of data can be expanded to full screen for better visibility or exported to an external spreadsheet for the ease of sharing and internal use.
