Within your outlet, there is a 'Service Methods' tab where you can set how your guest or user will be receiving the order they have placed.
You can give guests multiple service options should you offer more than one, for example, collection or delivery. This will give guests the choice.
When creating service methods in your Outlet. You have a choice of Room Service, Table Service, Pick Up, & Delivery.
These service methods do not affect anything with the order but instead give clear instruction to the guest / user checking out their order. Room Service & Table Service are in essence the same with alternate naming.
Pick Up will suggest to the user they will need to collect their order, hence this service method is often accompanied by additional information.
Delivery service methods can be configured more specifically to limit the maximum number of meters away from the premises delivery is available.
Each service method will allow you to set a service charge if needed.
These service charges are individual per service method and apply once that service method is selected upon checkout.
The service charge can be set either as a fixed rate or as a percentage of the order value.
