When we're building an AI bot, let's make sure we're working smart and smooth.
We want to cover all our bases, keep things consistent in how we approach them, and learn from what we are doing.
It's all about making this AI journey as awesome and effective as possible!
Consider the primary viewing platform, whether it's a smartphone, tablet, or desktop. The goal is to tailor the content to ensure optimal viewing and usability on this primary space. User experience should be exceptional, regardless of the device they're using.

The bot utilizes item descriptions to determine when to use specific responses to user questions. These descriptions also serve as "keywords" for the AI. So, it is important to ensure that your descriptions cover relevant keywords. For example, when describing housekeeping, mention items that can be ordered like toiletries, so the AI can understand requests for specific items such as toothbrushes.
Keep item descriptions concise, focusing on the most crucial information about the item. Detailed information is available in the visual window, so the AI should convey essential details such as attraction location and opening times.
Avoid using marketing language and refrain from duplicating information. If there are similar entries, like "checkout" and "express checkout," try to combine them if possible. If not, ensure clear verbal differentiation between the two.
Organize the AI list by grouping similar items together under categories like dining, hotel services, and attractions. Entries within these categories should be arranged alphabetically.
Most items will include a link. Add links in this format: <<CRV>>FULL URL<</CRV>>.
When adding links to Appless categories, use an optimized link format, for example:

Entry Variations: Ensure that the bot understands and provides valid links for all relevant entries, even when users ask in unusual or indirect ways. For example, if a user asks for items like toothbrushes or pillows, make sure the bot redirects them to the appropriate page, in this case, the housekeeping page.
Contextual Relevance: Verify that the context aligns with the resources provided. When a user inquires about a specific topic, such as in-room dining, ensure that the bot offers the most important and relevant information about that topic. Users should be directed to the corresponding in-room dining page.
Functional Links: Confirm that all links provided by the bot are functional. If the bot responds correctly to a user query, it should also open the associated link when one is included. Consistently verify that links are working as expected.
Error Resolution: If the bot consistently fails to open links, investigate whether it is mistakenly identifying duplicate entries or if there are issues with the links themselves or the use of the <<CRV>> <</CRV>> bracket.
By following this checklist, you can ensure that the bot both understands user queries effectively and provides valid links to relevant resources, creating a seamless and informative user experience.
