Crave Interactive & craveinteractive.com (or the “Web Site” ; or the “Company”) is a world leading developer of cloud-based solutions for hotels that provide digital guest services, including food ordering, digital concierge, entertainment and automation via proprietary in-room tablets.

Users aged 13 or older may use the Website, but minors under the age of 18 must gain the consent of a parent or legal guardian, unless elsewhere prohibited by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (to include minors with or without parental/guardian consent. It assumed that all users have authorization to user the website when registering or browsing our services and content).

Data Tracking:

Cookies – To facilitate and customize your experience with the Website, we store cookies on your computer. This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the Crave Interactive website located at www.craveinteractive.com, the Crave Interactive mobile application, or elements of Crave Interactive’s technology platform (e.g., third party website widgets & software utilizing a craveinteractive.com API) present on its client’s or partners’ websites (collectively referred to hereafter as the “Website”). Crave Interactive, Inc., the provider of the Service and Website (referred to as “us” or “we”), is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who navigate to, or otherwise use the Service and/or Website (hereafter, “Users” or “you”).

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform Users about our collection, use, storage, and disclosure, destruction and disposal of information that we collect or record in the course of providing the Website and the Crave Interactive Service. Please note, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of Third Party Websites and they are under no obligation to comply with this Privacy Policy. Types of Information Collected and Uses of Collected Information – We collect two types of information from and about Users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

We do not automatically collect any Personally Identifiable Information or Sensitive Information without your consent. When you submit an inquiry via our “Contact Us” form, you will be asked to provide certain Personally Identifiable Information so that we can verify that you are in fact the authorized individual that is requesting information from our company. Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies a specific individual, including, without limitation, first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address (including, without limitation, .mil, .gov, .edu, .org, .net e-mail addresses), telephone number, company name, job title, company location, etc. The decision to share specific items of your Personally Identifiable Information with the Crave Interactive is yours and yours alone. In addition, we reserve the right to audit your eligibility; to audit user accounts for; and to prevent duplicate craveinteractive.com Account’s from being created with the same information.

We will not share or sell any personally identifiable information gathered from our users. All information collected from our users will be used for internal use only in order to provide constant quality from craveinteractive.com and its operators. By submitting such personal information as indicated on our “Contact Us” form you acknowledge Craveinteractive.com has permission to contact you via email or phone per your given consent, on certain occasions to inform you of updates to our website, deliver company newsletters, company updates, product updates, tech support information, marketing messages or special offers made by us or advertising partners, but all information will remain privately held by Craveinteractive.com and not formally or partially disclosed to any 3rd party or advertising company without proper notification to all current users via email or policy changing notice.

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by unsubscribing from our email list in the footer of any email you receive from us or emailing a request to info@craveinteractive.com. If you are a current client of Crave, you cannot opt-out of Administrative Emails/Notifications. However, you have the ability to opt-out from receiving Promotional & Newsletter Emails.

You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, we may keep track of certain information if required by law. You can also request data deletion and/or notification subscriptions to be changed by our staff at info@craveinteractive.com.

We reserve the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website; enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, our Website Terms of Use or other agreements; or investigate, prevent, or take action suspected or actual prohibited activities, including but not limited to, fraud and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or to prevent financial loss to any person or entity; or otherwise protect the rights, property or safety of the Website, its Users or others.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific User. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before coming to the Website, the URL of the website you visit after leaving the Website, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, occupation, language, unique device identifier, approximately geographic location, and time zone. We may share your information in a business transfer:

As with any other business, we could merge with, or be acquired by, another company, or we may file for protection under applicable bankruptcy laws in the future. In such event, Users information obtained and maintained by the Website, including Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information, will transfer to a successor entity in connection with the corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone.
