Thank you for signing up to the Crave Instant Video platform - we are delighted that you have chosen Crave to provide a personalized Video Services offering to your customers.

In order to start your journey with us we require a little bit of information to get you set up and ensure the configuration is optimized for your business.

Call groups

A call group can be an individual person or a team of people.  Once configured, a guest can connect with a single known person such as Dan, VP of Sales or any available member of the Sales Team from a group of agents - it is up to you. 

You can have an unlimited number of Call Groups configured via the system, simply let us know the name of the Call Groups.

You can also have agents signed up to as many or as few call groups as needed.

Who's on your team

One you have decided what Call Groups you would like, just let us know which team members you would like to access the Video Service back office portal and which Call Groups you would like them assigned to.

As mentioned above, you can have multiple agents assigned to the same call group if required, as well as having their own individual call group.

Leaving a message

If guests or customers are looking to speak to someone and it is outside of business hours or there are no team members currently available, guests can be encouraged to leave a message. 

As standard we ask guests a few questions via a form and send them to a email or emails of your choosing. 

If you have an existing web submission form, we can utilise this. Alternatively, we can create a submisison for for you, to go to the relevant email addresses specified.

We can personalize the look and feel of your Instant Video platform in line with your business.

Alternatively you can keep our standard set up to begin with and personalize at a later date. 

If you have an image that you would like to use for your call groups and some specific text regarding availability, please prpovide to the Project Manager assigned to you by Crave..
